The Samsung Galaxy M31s is available on Amazon and Samsung store at price ranging from Rs. 18499 to Rs. 20499. It is a solid looking phone available in two color option Mirage Black and Mirage Blue. Specs-wise there are two options are also available Samsung Galaxy M31s in 6GB varient and Samsung Galaxy M31s with 8GB RAM varient. Justice with Looks
The very first surprise that awaits you is the looks. It adorns premium looks and is different as compared to other Galaxy M series gadgets. Though the 6.5-inch Infinity-O AMOLED display resembles Galaxy Note 10+, Galaxy A51 and A71, it is the first with M series.
Samsung Galaxy M31s has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the right side (a maiden feature) and a quad Intelli cam setup at the back (each with different specs). All the hustle-bustle is on the right side of the phone with vol buttons and a fingerprint sensor, while the left side has only a SIM slot (which is not used often).
The type-c charging slot is at the bottom-placed with the audio jack and speakers while the top circumference holds the secondary microphones. A little heads-up, the selfie shooter embedded at the top of the screen might be irksome while watching movies or playing games.
The handset comes in two colours – Mirage Black and Mirage Blue (radiant blue and matte black), both complementing the looks of the phone. However, Mirage Blue is quite promising, but we have black.

Specifications
Processor – Not updated. Galaxy M31s owns Exynos 9611 same as previous smartphones of Galaxy range (like Galaxy M21). This octa-core processor is no doubt a pro with four performance Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.3GHz and four efficiency Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.7 GHz. But an update was expected indeed – rather a much powerful one.
Storage – Talking about the storage – Samsung gives you 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM options in its Galaxy M31s with internal storage unaltered at 128GB (in both) and expandable up to 512 GB (micro SD). Nearly the same as Galaxy M31.
Connectivity – The smartphone supports Bluetooth 5, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, GPS dual 4G and VoLTE.
User Interface – It owns OneUI 2.1 with Android 10 software. Certain apps come pre-installed on the device like Netflix, Facebook, OneDrive and Snapchat.
Samsung has impressed us with a personalized Galaxy Store App that is a substitute for Google Play Store. The smartphone also has a Glance Lock Screen Stories – that will feature promotional ads (Samsung exclusive) even while the screen is locked (you can choose to disable the option as well).

In-built in the smartphone is the theme store app, that lets you change the theme of the UI as and when you please. Other worthwhile features in the checklist are dual apps – lets you run two instances of the same app, Digital Wellbeing Feature – an app dashboard that helps you control your phone’s usage
Battery Backup and Type-C Charger support
The gadget holds 6000 mAH battery backup which is quite convincing. The phone is likely to go on for 1 full day with a single 100% charge (with an ample usage). Screen brightness lowers when the battery goes beneath a 15% threshold.
Here Samsung shows why one should go for Galaxy M31s. For the first time in the Galaxy M range, you could find a 25W USB Type-C charger accompanied by the Galaxy M31s in its box. The Type-C cable you get here could be used to charge other devices from Galaxy M31s (like a power bank). Now that’s convincing.
25W Type-C charger provides fast charging to the gadget. Within an hour the battery reaches 65%.

High- End Quad Intelli Cam Setup
The phone has it what you need to get a perfect Instagram click. The gadget uses Sony IMX 682, it has a 64 mp primary shooter, 32 mp selfie shooter, 12 mp wide-angle shooter 5 mp macro camera and 5mp depth sensor. Great detailing could be seen with no pixel distortion and amazing colour sensitivity. The intriguing feature here is the Single Take feature (in rear and front both). The feature with the help of AI helps you create content with multiple photos, videos or boomerang in a single click (pre-applied features on).
