So In this article, I will answer some of the questions asked by our visitors as well as I will share some key details about how this Website is working. no, not technical things but the procedure we follow to review products.
Q. What is the “We Observed” Website?
A. We Observed or weobserved.com is a website where we (Content Writers) share our (Reviewer) Views and Observations about Products, trends and inventions. We are trying to make it the Best Review Website We also publish one article on the last night of the year consisting top 10 inventions of that particular year. Additionally, we are also serious about the Environment and Nature and we published a few articles on this particular subject. In Short, We Observed is a Website where you can read about products, technology, websites, the environment and our thought.
Q. How do You Select Products to Review?
A. As a tech enthusiast, Choosing Products is my responsibility in this team. I keep an eye on Product releases, Products reviewed by other websites, visitor requests and Amazon listings especially, and after comparing all the data with each other, I choose 4-5 products monthly which are in trend or getting attention.
Q. How do You get these Products?
A. Unfortunately, We had to buy most of the products we reviewed. But there are more options we follow to get these products and reviews on We Observed.
- Buying products is the first way to get these products.
- Our second way is: Review Personally Bought Products. Whenever any of your team members bought something new, they happily shared it with us for Review. For Example, All the Product Reviewed by me was bought by me for personal use whether it is Nokia 6.1 Plus, JBL Glide 500, or DIIB Account. I literally have all of them.
- The Third way is: Borrow Newly bought Products from Friends, Family, and known persons with a proper request. For example, Akaso v50 Pro was borrowed by my friend Mr Rishabh Pathak, owner of IOI and Kaivalaya’s Ani-Mall. The OnePlus 7T was also borrowed from one of my friends.
- The Third One is: I Use OLX, thus I Connect with the original owner of any product and then I meet them in person and borrow the product for a few days to use it and review the product. We have to pay the owner a bit to use their product.
Q. What is the process of Reviewing Products?
A. Ohk, It is complicated, but I am good at making things simple. So let’s start,
- After receiving the product, I with 2 other team members use the received product for a few days. While observing the Pros and Cons of the product, we also take notes of everything.
- After 3-4 tests we do a bit of research about the product and the good and bad things we observed. We also keep notes of it.
- We also take a few pictures of the product while using it, I recently bought a DSLR Nikon D3500, but most of the time just use our smartphone to capture a few pictures.
- Then we upload the pictures and note to drive and add links to the sheets.
- From here work of content writers starts, they have access to the same sheet and they prepare articles by considering the notes and pictures.
- Our content writers are from India, Canada, the UK and Nigeria so we are not able to send actual products to them. One more point is that
Not all the Reviewers are good at content writing and not all the content writers are good at reviewing products.
- After preparing the content, content writers save the articles in the draft of WordPress CMS. And then the process of Image editing starts.
- We try to keep images as small as possible in size. These pictures lose quality but they load faster and that’s what we are focused on.
- We also manually blur all the unnecessary things in the image.
- Then we upload some good pictures and after doing all the SEO work we publish the article.

Q. Is there any Paid Review?
A. No! Trust me there is not a single Paid Review on We Observed till now. We even tried to contact some companies two-three months before but they denied our offer and request. We understood that we don’t have enough visitors then. So No, there is no Paid Review on We Observed, however, I accept that there are a few paid informative articles.
Q. Are the pictures of the Product Real?
A. The featured image in most of the reviews is not clicked by us. We don’t have cameras and equipment to match the quality, however, all the other images are real. Those images are clicked by me or the reviewer.
Yes, We accept that all the images go through lots of editing work, to match the size and requirements and maybe that’s why some of them look different.

Q. Do You Accept Guest Posting?
A. Yes, we do! You can contact us with your topic, idea and cost or requirement. We also have a separate page dedicated to guest bloggers. So If you have a great idea and content feel free to contact us.
Q. How Much Do You Earn?
A. Not much but enough. Whatever we earn we spend all to buy new products and manage all expenses including article-wise payment to content writers, Cost of Hosting and domain, etc. We want to spend on marketing but we are not able to do that. Additionally, some of our team members don’t get anything. Most of our members have Jobs so there is less stress.
Q. What is the Future of We Observed?
A. I personally have a dream to see it on top as the Best Review Website but it is far away and it will take time. We currently have 32 review articles ready for publishing and 47 products are received for review. So there is no shortage of work, products and content in the recent future.
Additionally, for now, we are not worried about the future of this website, we are just following all the plans, strategies and guidelines and implementing everything with proper care. We are trying to become a platform which really follows our website’s tagline: Our Observation, Your Decision.
