Timex Helix Gusto HRM Design and Interface
So as said above, it is available in different band colour variants but the features are the same. What distinguishes them is one without a heart rate monitor sensor. The Silicone band wraps seem rather broad compared to others. It comes with a metal buckle instead of a rubber peg mechanism as seen on the majority of the fitness bands available on the market. The hand strap is sturdy and makes sure it firmly buckles to the hand.
Timex Helix Gusta HRM has a 0.96-inch colour LED display that makes the big text readable even in places where the brightness is too much. A capacitative sensor is located below the display for proper navigation.

Putting lightweight and mobility into consideration, it is light and comfortable to wear, and the design seems premium and classic. It also does not easily tear even after weeks of usage.
Reviewing the user interface, the capacitive button allows users to move from one section to another. There are three different face watches to choose from – You can choose one that shows comprehensive information about your battery life, heart rate, date, time, and steps; one that displays the distance covered without the date, the one that displays only date and time with the battery level.
One of the functions of the capacitive button is that; you can see the steps count, calories burnt, heart rate, sports mode selection and so on……. Also pressing the button for long when on the heart rate session will get the heart rate monitor activated.
With this band, you can monitor several activities related to cycling, climbing, basketball, football, running, and table-tennis. While doing any of the activities listed, you can turn on several sports mode to track your calories burnt, heart rate and other information ……..The sleep tracking sections give details that show you all the information in one place. Timex Helix Gusto HRM Review Battery Life, Performance & Tracking
The design and specifications are dope, how good if the battery life? Timex Gusto gets charge by using a flat USB plug that is visible at one end of the tracked module.
What disappointed us a bit about Helix Gusto HRM is that it does not come with a charging adapter, so users have to use a USB charger they already have, or connect to a personal computer USB port. Note that Timex Helix Gusto HRM is selective in some cases.
The battery charging time is around two hours for full charging and last for up to five days of average use.

Timex Helix Gusto HRM has no in-built GPS tracker of its own, so it relies on the smartphones GPS to measure distance covered. Also, the steps counter of Timex Helix Gusto HRM seems inaccurate as Mi Band steps counter, and the malfunction was confirmed when the counter keeps on recording even when biking or riding.
