Sweatcoin — App that pays you to Get Fit

Sweatcoin Review - The app that pays you to Get Fit

The App “Sweatcoin — the app that pays you to get fit” is developed by Sweatco Ltd. The app works on a great concept and executed excellently. With Sweatcoin App you will be rewarded for every step you take, and i think this is enough to keep you motivated when you are trying to loose weight or get fit. The Sweatcoin App converts your steps into sweat coins. And you can Spend earned sweat coins on goods, services and experiences with their partners, donate to charity or exchange them with your friends and family for whatever you want.

Install the Sweatcoin app and open it, follow the onscreen options, when everything will be done and you start walking, the app will tracks the number of steps using the Android/ iPhone’s built-in GPS and other sensors, and then uses ‘complex algorithm’ to make sure people aren’t cheating. It then rewards you with a digital currency called ‘sweat coins’ that can be redeemed with selected retailers.

Sweatcoin app is Available For Android,  iPhones and iPads. But On Android you will get early access. The Sweatcoin App Requires iOS 8.2 or later and Android 4.4 and up.

Sweatcoin App Review

I have lots of Android Smartphones and to review this app i installed Sweatcoin app into all. I just want to test its step counting accuracy and reward difference for same number of steps.

When I installed the app the UI is quite simple and easy to navigate, I created accounts and then started walking around. First thing i noticed that it doesn’t converts the steps you take indoors into sweat coins. Second thing, the latest update almost filled this app with advertisements. Lets talk about the first one so I want it to convert the steps we take indoors as well because I took almost 8K to 10K steps daily and got no money from it.

Play Store

Now let me talk about the second thing, So when we walk around we don’t look at screen that much or we put our phone in pockets. My concern is that the app eats lots of Data and RAM, Some time it shows image or video ads continuously. If we compare data, In 2 Hours it eats more data then the Gaana app. So it got internet access, eats more data then expected, and runs continuously in background. So i am little bit worried and want to know more about “is it safe to USE? is it sending/ receiving more then the required data? I need to do some test on this app so leaving this topic now.

Next thing is Rewards, It pays you digital currency – sweat coin. In last 2-3 months people are earning less sweat coins. Many people are complaining about it on Play store and other platforms. I can’t compare my rewards with previous data because, I installed it for this single article Sweatcoin Review. I heard about it but never used it.

But as I said earlier i installed it in multiple devices to check the difference in rewards and the result was somehow shocking. Because there were difference in Sweat coins for almost same number of steps. Why? i don’t know. Because as per the description they pays for steps not for Ads, clicks and uses.

Now next thing is the Accuracy to count steps, So in this case i was impressed because it was quite accurate in almost every device.

Final Words in this Review will be The App is Good, accurate, the UI is good, and the Concept is bang on. Problem with this app is the Internet Uses, Reward decreases in last few months, Ads and difference in rewards. May be most of the problem will be solved and we will also get answer of our queries soon.
