KeySearch Review : Keywords are the most important thing if you are starting something online. They help you to reach your target audience and help your target audience to reach your fabulous content. It is something like a matchmaker between you and your audience.

SEO is really important be it on YouTube, Google, etc. SEO if done properly can be easily converted to your mainstream income source. Something online obviously has a higher chance to gain an audience and attention.

Most of the Keyword Tools are really expensive; they are normally something that a beginner blogger or a small business cannot afford. A keyword tool helps you to find the appropriate keywords and to optimize your website around those keywords. Here is where Keysearch comes into play; it is budget friendly, safe and offers everything that a keyword tool offers in their costly packs and packages.

One more plus point to it is that it is not as complicated as the other premium keyword tools, rather is more user friendly and if you are a real beginner, it won’t get to time to become a ‘Keysearch’ expert.

KeySearch Review

KeySearch Review

Keysearch was founded by Dan Pfeffer in 2015. It was started as a niche keyword research software and has now grown to a complete suite of SEO and marketing tools. It is comparatively new in the SEO and marketing world but is equally efficient and preferred by the critics and the present users. More over the highlight of Keysearch is the affordable price tag that comes with it. What I think is that they made it for people who are very much new to the world of internet and SEO.

Pros of Keysearch

1. Budget Friendly

Keysearch is a lot more budget friendly than what its competitors cost for the same function. It is literally fractions of a lot of tools out there in the market. If a person is starting a blog, then it is understood that he doesn’t want to spend 100s of bucks on a keyword research tool, but the thing is that he wants the same quality of keywords to run his blog and to gain attention over his work. Keysearch would let him do so and that too without spending even 50 bucks a month. It’s a pretty much fair deal, right?

2. Easy to operate

Explorer keysearch
Explorer keysearch

Keysearch is literally a lot easy to use, well it’s a lot better than those 100 bucks sites. Well, at first you would be just looking at the screen and wondering, “mate from where should I start”, but as you go on to explore the website, you would just think that SEO is pretty much easy and fun. Well, after a bit of time what you would have to do is just type out the keyword or any URL you want to research about in the search section and click that search button beside it. It can’t get better and easier than this, it’s almost like a cherry on the top, right?

3. Bulk Checking

If you are the kind of person who loves to check multiple keywords at the same time, then Keysearch is probably the best platform that you can get. It gets a lot more convenient and saves a lot of time and efforts that you can give back to your content or anything else important. And to be honest keyword research is one of the most important blogging tasks but this is the thing you want far away from adventure and thrill. Less the adventure and thrill, more the success. Well, the keyword just ticks all the boxes, it’s fast and easy, barely thrilling and works perfectly.

4. Easy Exports

Rank Tracker
Rank Tracker

One thing that has not been mentioned till now is the export easiness and the highly visible button on the extreme right of the search result page. In almost every feature and result there is an option of export from where you can transfer or download the results in the form of CSV file, excel spreadsheet, or a PDF. It makes things a whole lot easier and convenient, and the results are saved too, so that you are able to analyse them even if you are offline. It’s just one click away, click a button and boom here are your results permanently with you. Well, that’s an awesome feature added on the keyword tool, right?

5. The Extra Cool Feature

There is a chrome extension available for Keysearch too. Get it installed too and get the facility to make rocket fast keyword research to analyse the keyword that you found. Okay, let’s imagine that you are sitting on your desk and you are reading any blog post by some really famous blog site and boom there a keyword on that site that you want to analyse, so, rather than going to Keysearch site and investing time in the loading, and then analyzing the keyword, what you can do is just select the keyword and Keysearch would start doing it’s work as said. That’s time and effort efficient both.

6. Quick Snapshot into Keyword Potential

This advantage rings to the same tune as those before it. Better still, you have access to a mass of additional ideas to investigate. The initial keyword in question might be no good, but it often throws up other total gems. Again, it’s all quick, easy, accessible, and valuable information.

7. Youtube Research

Youtube Research

Finally, Keysearch has got a tons of YouTube-related functionality too. Well, we don’t post videos on YouTube at all, so we can’t speak to its value here. But it’s definitely there! Any vloggers out there can conduct YouTube keyword research to get yourself ranking on that platform. It’s a cool extra level of functionality that’s sure to come in handy to many. Fancy branching out from blogging to vlogging? Well, Keysearch seems to have you covered.

It is an amazing website that is helpful for beginners as well as experts as it helps in finding, tracking and utilizing keywords wisely. Now after reading lots of pros of this tool, lets take a look at the cons too.

Cons of Keysearch

Enough Positive now let’s talk about some cons of this amazing tool in this KeySearch Review.

1. Odd Errors out nowhere

Brainstorm
Brainstorm

There could be several instances where you could notice some odd errors. You could spot discrepancies between Keysearch’s data and that from other sources. A simple example of this is that sometimes you could see a huge difference in the analytics of the tool and that of Google Analytics (which is the most accurate one). Just to inform you that every other expensive tool tells the data inaccurate, but the difference gets less as the subscription prices increases, but the thing is that it would be expensive.

2. Laggy Data / Outdated Data

It seems to take Keysearch a while to catch up with changes to your site. But for the longest time it had it as lower than what it really was. Interestingly, it would still be marking it as lower when you would analyze keywords for which I’m already ranking. The table on the left-hand side has it down as 2 points down from what it really is. So, I’ve got no doubt it’ll catch up, eventually. But there’s a definite lag. For you rather, it could be another indication that the results Keysearch reveals aren’t always 100% accurate.

3. Credits are less (Only for Starter Pack)

To be honest, having limited credits on the starter plan isn’t that big of a deal. Very rarely have you would be actually using them all! All the same, you could argue that it’s a disadvantage. Any restriction in place is a bit annoying. And, sure, if you’re putting in a serious keyword research session, then 200 credits might not be enough.

… Especially if it means you miss out on an epic keyword.

KeySearch Pricing

After Covering Pros and cons in this KeySearch Review article lets talk about Keysearch Pricing and plans. Well there is a free plan to start with, it’s a Keysearch free trial, rather. After that, let’s have a look at the plans that include some expenditure. The Starter plan on Keysearch is cost at $17 per month which if taken at a yearly basis ends up at a cost of $169 per year. Now if you ask what this plan includes, here is your answer, 200 keyword searches daily and ability to track 80 keywords at a time in the keyword tracker.

The Pro plan on Keysearch costs $34 per month and if someone wants to have a yearly plan, then the cost would be $279 per year. The pro plan includes 500 keyword searches on a daily basis and the ability to track 200 keywords at a time in the keyword tracker.

As per me if you are a starter on the internet you should go with the starter plan as you guessed; there are two reasons for that, one that it is budget friendly and second that it is more likely that you won’t be searching about more than 200 keywords on a daily basis. The Pro plan, in my recommendations, is for someone who is really in need for it, like someone who is running a huge website and all.

We found in this KeySearch Review article that Keysearch is affordable, effective and easy to operate too, now what you want for 17 bucks mate.

But if you are planning a search tool to support a big business or blogging site, then I would prefer that you should go with Ahrefs or something like it. So here is my research on the topic, now it’s up to you if you want to go with Keysearch or something big and pocket bomber. Choose wisely. We are also planning a Keysearch vs ahrefs so share your view on it.
