India, it is time to show real patriotism (love for the nation). Stay at home on 22nd March 2020 otherwise, you will not even get a chance to show your guilt. Coronavirus disease is epidemic and now it is making its room in our country to reach stage 3. If it reached there the results will be beyond our imagination.
Don’t Get Hit by Coronavirus
Coronavirus or Covid-19 or Noval corona, these are the name of a deadly disease that is killing people without any discrimination and from the last three months. There is no cure or vacation available yet but doctors get some success in treating symptoms with some medicines related to flu and HIV. But it is not working on everyone in all cases, especially it is failing in cases of aged peoples.
So the main question here is how to avoid getting hit by the coronavirus?
Protect yourself and help prevent spreading the virus to others by taking these Precautions
- If you are in India stay at home on 22nd March, PM himself requested everyone to stay at home, this initiative is named as “Janta Curfruee“.
- Stay at home and prefer working from home.
- Wash your hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub regularly for 20 seconds.
- If you are feeling not well or caring a person who has the symptoms make sure to wear a mask.
- Make sure to cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow when you cough or sneeze.
- Avoid crowded places.
- Avoid close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell
- If you feel unwell stay at home and self-isolate from others in the household
- Don’t Touch your face especially eyes, nose, or mouth if your hands are not clean.
Now here are some request from my side as per my observation:
- If you are in India, Stay at home on 22nd March.
- Don’t trust Whatsapp, Facebook or any other social media‘s messages about remedies and virus update.
- Don’t do Panic buying. Maybe your panic buying can snatch needy one’s food.
- Don’t spread rumours or news without any valid proof anywhere.
- Keep aged or elder people at home.
- Keep You surrounding hygienic.
- Keep patience, eat healthily.

Now After providing all the essential Information Let’s talk more about Covid-19
Covid-19
Coronavirus disease named Covid-19, it was previously known as “2019 novel coronavirus”, the infectious disease caused by a new virus “Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)”. The Coronavirus is already declared as the epidemic and the disease causes respiratory illness like the flu. Symptoms of Coronavirus disease are a cough, fever, and in more severe cases, difficulty breathing etc. The best protection against this disease is washing your hands frequently, avoiding touching your face, and avoiding close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell.
How Coronavirus Spreads
Symptoms of Coronavirus
- dry cough
- fever
- tiredness
- difficulty breathing (severe cases)
The disease can be even fatal in rare condition however older people and people with other medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes, or heart disease are more vulnerable to becoming severely ill.
Treatment
Most people (about 80%) recover from the Coronavirus disease without needing any special treatment, however, there is no particular medicine or vaccination to prevent or treat COVID-19. Infected people may also need supportive care to help them breathe.
Other than taking the precaution, self-care is also important, If you have mild symptoms, stay at home until you’ve recovered. You can relieve your symptoms if you:
- Rest and sleep
- Keep warm
- Drink plenty of liquids
- Use a room humidifier or take a hot shower to help ease a sore throat and cough
It is important to take all precautions and stay at home, also keep in mind that Prevention is better than cure. With the hope for a better situation, I am concluding this information post.
